The story behind the image:

Bruce ran for mayor of San Francisco. His platform was "Pancakes for Arms". He would take the old war ships and outfit them with pancake making equiptment. He and the other dogs would sail the ships to countries frought with war and starvation. The dogs would trade pancake making training for weapons. The training citizens received would create jobs and end starvation.
